We’re really excited to announce our collaboration with Melbourne-based DIY label Tiny Town Records. Tiny Town Records started in 2019 when Sam Harding (Mug, Delivery) and Archie Shannon (Dragoons, Floodlights, Equal Parts) came together to release an album of Melbourne artist ‘Gamjee’. Inspired by other local DIY labels, TT001 was released on cassette.
Seen as an effective way of getting the duo’s music out to the world, in early 2020, Tiny Town released Archie’s band ‘Dragoons’ album Horrorscope. From there on, they agreed that the label would champion the music that flowered from a small community in Gardy (a tiny suburb in the south of Melbourne, Gardenvale). Notable bands included CLAMM, Floodlights, Mug and Equal Parts.
Moving forward, Tiny Town has experimented with releasing live recordings, such as CLAMM’s Live at the Tote (2020), creating mixes on Soundcloud, putting on label showcases, and have recently been invited to Melbourne’s Eighty-Six Festival as a part of the Independent Music Exchange.

Our first outing looks to Mug (@mug.glug.) and their new 2-track 7” ‘Scenes Replayed on Trains’ / ‘Who Makes You Laugh?’. Released as a limited edition lathe-cut vinyl and for digital download, preview and pre-order is available now.
